Walnut Raisin Focaccia Bread using our Focaccia Bread mix

Walnut Raisin

cup Focaccia Bread mix
(2 packages)

cup water

1

 

t rosemary

1/4

 

cup walnuts

1/2

 

cup white raisins

1

 

cup asiago cheese

 

 

olive oil

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Place raisins in bowl and cover with water. Let sit for 20 minutes.
  3. Combine water and focaccia bread mix. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Turn dough out onto floured surface and form a 9″ circle.
  5. Rub top of circle with olive oil, then layer cheese, raisins, rosemary and walnuts.
  6. Bake for 17 minutes.
