					|   Cheese Plate w/ Horseradish Jam
 Prep Time: 20 minutes
						Makes: 1 large platter
 Ingredients
							
								| 3–4 |  | varieties of cheese (hard, soft, mild, bold) |  
								| 4 |  | oz prosciutto or salami |  
								| ½ |  | cup toasted nuts (hazelnuts, walnuts, pecans) |  
								| 1 |  | baguette, sliced or torn into bite-sized pieces |  
								| ½ |  | cup berry jam (raspberry, strawberry, blueberry) |  
								| 1 |  | T horseradish (more or less, depending on your tolerance for heat) |  Directions
							Arrange cheese, meat, nuts, and bread on a serving platter. Mix together jam and horseradish in small bowl and add to platter.  |  |  |
