T maple syrup

T oil

T apple cider vinegar

cup whole raw almonds

  1. Mix together syrup, oil, and vinegar in a small heavy skillet over medium heat and cook until syrup bubbles.
  2. Stir in almonds.
  3. Continue stirring until nuts are toasted and evenly covered with syrup, about 10 minutes.
  4. Transfer the nuts to parchment paper and cool completely.
